Punta Arenas
08:00 – 08:30 A.M (from acommodation)
We start right after the pick up. This park is 195 km away from Punta Arenas. Here we can find a vast volcano area covered by a thick layer of basaltic lava and ashes due to the volcano activity which makes it very interesting not only for tourists but also science.
On our tour we’ll walk through paths, lookout points which allow the visitor to know the most important spots in about 4 hours. Their main spots are: Pali Aike Cave (trace of human presence), Morada del Diablo and Pozos del Diablo paths.
Along the trail we’ll find signs which explain part of the flora and fauna of this place. There are also interpreting signs of the landscape in every spot.
We return to Punta Arenas at 07.00 pm.
