Cancellation for Groups: no cost if 7 days earlier. If you cancel your tour 3 days earlier 50% will be
refunded.
Single Cancellation: no cost if 2 days earlier. No refund if 1 day earlier.
Cancellation because of weather conditions:
– 100% refund only if the agency cancel the tour before starting.
– If the tour can´t be finished due to reasons which don´t concern the agency, the percentage to refund will be considered if needed.
– No refund if the tour can´t be finished because of weather conditions.
No postponement and no refund if your don´t show up on the date, tame and place shown on the
voucher.
